We all believe in the philosophy that the essence of life is talking. Communicating with others is as necessary as food. If we dont, we tend to fall ill. Today people are rarely talking.

The art of conversation has almost died down. People just usually sit and chat in their office breaks about things that are not even worth thinking about. Lets face it; we all are going towards doom where each one of us is talking to pass/kill time. The art of using communication is no more existing. People are concerned about others influence in their lives and not about their influence in others life.

It is an unbelievable thing that an effective communication through polite words can have wonderful impact on you and others lives as well. You can win the hearts of many people, climb the corporate ladder, have promotions but not have wonderful relationship with people around you.

The path to a successful life comes thorough the stairs of politeness. An act of politeness can do wonders that no monetary thing can do. Let us go deep in the art of efficient speaking by these methods.

Talking about ideas and not people

Its truly said, great minds talk about ideas and small minds talk about people. Politeness is an attitude of life. Talking about ideas heightens your politeness towards innovations and stimulates your mind too. This is effective for the speaker and the listener both. To start talking about people you can breathe out all negative energies about anyone: latest crush, which dress she wears, which perfume she uses, her bad attitude. The idea is that everything you talk about people usually comes negative. This develops a feeling of self love and comparison at all means. You do not value your life as much as you do to others.

Using intellect instead of the tongue

Usually people chatter on at length not worrying about the impact it would have on others. Since people are so occupied in themselves theyd rather talk about themselves only. This instigates them to speak rubbish endlessly. Have you ever thought how much of an impact we can have on others by our words? By trying to use our brains before speaking, we will save others sentiments and preserve a healthy relationship between our near ones.

Avoiding gossip
The one who usually starts a gossip or backbiting about someone does not know that he is the one to have the last laugh. People who start commenting and spreading rumors about others usually end up in a muck of politics and bickering about themselves from the other end. Such people should be avoided at arm’s length. Even listening to gossip is as harmful since the listener had the power to listen to negative communication. This unhealthy gossiping could have been stopped if the listener would have ignored the speaker.

Exchange of compliments

We should not limit our compliment intake be restricted to our close relatives. People like our helpers such as servants, cleaners, house maids are those on whom we can count on. Speaking politely to them will ensure that your day is made. They are the ones who offer your services to make your life comfortable. So we should make endeavors to enrich their lives by complimenting and praising them.

Look for positive things in negative people

We all have negative and positive sides. Nobody on this earth has a squeaky clean nature. We all have flaws, however some people are observed negatively by their rude behavior and we become very judgmental about them putting them in the negative category. We should understand that people who are rude have their own weaknesses. They do not choose to be like that. Frustrations at work or domestic front make them act in this behavior. Such people should be offered more help than others comparatively. Talking politely with them will make a difference in their lives and yours too.

Feel positive about you all the time

Quite often we do not realize that we subconsciously become negative. Pent up emotions and unfulfilled desires make us behave rudely towards others and emit negative radiations from the body. Thus we tend to overreact and become rude and harsh to others in some or the other way. This might demolish the social circle that we have. So politeness in the hearts at all means will result in polite attitude.

Whatever is rested in your heart is bound to come out in the open some or the other day. Make sure you have a prosperous life with a polite attitude and selfless love. This will make you immortal in the hearts of millions as people are going to remember for your polite words and not by your status.

A photographer once clicked a photograph of ex-president of India, Dr. Kalam with a shawl placed on his shoulder. After the photo shoot was over, the photographer rudely took off the shawl and walked off. The President smiled. After being asked about his composed behaviouir, he politely answered that maybe the photographer needed the shawl more than he did, and continued his work.

People with big positions come and go but it is only their humble nature that draws millions of people towards them. Their polite words filled to the brim with modesty and love melt the hearts of even the rudest amongst the crowd. By talking politely to all we can make an impact on others lives.

Apple has more money than USA govt

Apple now has more cash to spend than the United States government.

Latest figures from the US Treasury Department show that the country has an operating cash balance of $73.7bn (£45.3bn).

Apple’s most recent financial results put its reserves at $76.4bn.

The US House of Representatives is due to vote on a bill to raise the country’s debt ceiling, allowing it to borrow more money to cover spending commitments.

If it fails to extend the current limit of $14.3 trillion dollars, the federal government could find itself struggling to make payments, and risks the loss of its AAA credit rating.

The United States is currently spending around $200bn more than it collects in revenue every month.

Apple, on the other hand, is making money hand over fist, according to its financial results.

In the three months ending 25 June, net income was 125% higher than a year earlier at $7.31bn.

Spending spree

With more than $75bn either sitting in the bank or in easily accessible assets, there has been enormous speculation about what the company will do with the money.

“Apple keeps its cards close to its chest,” said Daniel Ashdown, an analyst at Juniper Research.

Industry watchers believe that it is building up a war chest to be used for strategic acquisitions of other businesses, and to secure technology patents.

Bookstore Barnes and Noble and the online movie site Netflix have both been tipped as possible targets, said Mr Ashdown.

The company may also have its eye on smaller firms that develop systems Apple might want to add to its devices, such as voice recognition.

Apple dipped into some of its reserves recently when it teamed-up with Microsoft to buy a batch of patents from defunct Canadian firm Nortel.

Elephant and You

As a man was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for some reason, they did not.

He saw a trainer nearby and asked why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away. “Well,” trainer said, “when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.”

The man was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn’t, they were stuck right where they were.

Like the elephants, how many of us go through life hanging onto a belief that we cannot do something, simply because we failed at it once before?

Failure is part of learning; we should never give up the struggle in life.

Google to launch glasses that stream info directly to eyes

It sounds like something out of a science fiction novel. Search engine giant Google is developing a pair of electronic glasses that can stream information directly to the eyes of its user in real time.

The glasses, to be launched by the end of the year, will be more like smartphones with the lenses serving as a kind of see-through computer monitor.

Loaded with a low-resolution, built-in camera, the Google glasses “will be able to monitor the world in real time and overlay information about locations, surrounding buildings and friends who might be nearby,” a New York Times report said.

“You will be able to check in to locations with your friends through the glasses,” a Google employee told the Times. Google would not confirm whether the ultra-modern eyewear is in development.

The report also says that the state-of-the-art spectacles, not designed for constant wear, will display information via a heads-up display “in an augmented reality view, rather than as a Web browser page like those that people see on smartphones.”

The glasses will be integrated with other Google products, like Google Latitude to share location, Google Maps to search for nearby places and Google Goggles to search images and identify what is being looked at.

For instance, a person looking at a landmark could see detailed historical information and comments about it left by friends. The glasses might also be used for virtual reality games that use the real world as the playground.

According to the report, the glasses are expected to start selling at the end of the year at a price of between USD 250 and USD 600 – about the cost of a smartphone.

The glasses, will be Android based, and will include a display, that will sit inches from the wearer’s eye, streaming real-time info about his surroundings, similar to the various augmented reality applications seen on smartphones.

The data will be fetched through a 3G/4G data connection, and the glasses will retrieve information about their surroundings through GPS and several sensors.

Here are ten tips on how to write a resume…these are resume writing tips that will help you create not just any resume, but a professional resume that clearly stands out amongst all the other applicants…a resume that will help you create that great first impression.

1. When writing a resume use a professional resume format. The two most accepted resume formats today are chronological and functional. Personally, I prefer chronological. From the interviewer stand point I find it much easier to read and follow.

2. Create your resume in the proper order and with correct punctuation. Resumes with grammatical errors drive recruiters crazy. You can use spell check on Microsoft Word to check for spellings and grammar, but that is NOT enough. Print out your resume and re-read the hard copy AND then let a friend or colleague read your resume as well. It is amazing what a fresh pairs of eyes can find.

3. Organize your resume properly under headings (such as education, skills, work experience, training, etc.) and put those headings in bold.

4. Write your resume in such a way so that it matches YOUR skills and experience to the skills and experience needed for the available position. Highlight the details that match the employer’s requirement. This will make your resume look as if it was created for this particular job rather than one generic resume you send out to everyone.

5. Use “industry-oriented” words in your resume. You want to make sure you are using the jargon (keywords) of the profession…this gives the impression that you are an expert in your field.

6. Avoid using “I” in your resume. Make use of action verbs like collaborated, managed, established, etc. A good resume uses both action verbs such as analyze, achieve, etc. and nouns and adjectives like capable, resourceful, etc.

7. Make your resume presentable. Print your resume on high-quality resume paper and print your resume using a laser printer.

8. References, references, references. When writing a resume make sure to list your references. Never state “references available upon request”. Why make more work for the person reading your resume? Instead, list your references at the end of the resume. Also, make sure to include the job title AND the phone number with each and every reference.

9. When writing your resume objective, make sure to be as specific as possible. State the specific position you desire and one to two sentences why you would be the best candidate for that position.

10. Be specific with the rest of your resume as well. Far too many resumes are filled with generalizations. This is not a good way to show your experience and skills. Instead, your resume should contain relevant information for the job you are applying for.

Often times, employers only look over your resume for a few minutes…so use these resume writing tips to make your resume stand out from the others.

Remember, your “one chance to make a first impression” may just be your resume.

My Team

Hi Friends

From last 2 months I been very busy in recruiting new staff, I visited many reputable colleges and still have plan to visit more. Due to this I met variety of candidates who are/were willing to join my team and wish to work with me. .

Few queries came across during my visit,

Will AniWebDesigns provide opportunity to work ? will you provide job security ?

After visiting about 23 colleges I offered training and jobs to about 68 candidates, few of them due to Delhi NCR region or our company size didn’t joined us. But 43 people joined us and getting trained at our Indian office.

My purpose of writing this post is not that I visited so many colleges and recruited very few candidates, I want to update few of my friends that we are not into theoratical training. You can guess this from the only fact that few of local companies are eyeing on my team and offering them almost double package to leave me and join themselves. Ofcourse this is not happening to give me hard time, this is because my employees or trained team is compatible to work in outside world independently and much efficiently, otherwise there are hundreds of institutes in Chandigarh area and they not going in any other house to hunt for employees

My management is saying it is hard time and we should cope with it very soon, I am taking it in postive way that if ANY of team member is thinking that they can rise their level of thinking and finacial status at some other company then they should go. Being a good friend to them I will not stop. They have their life and should think about themselves.

But one thing very sure that we will not decrease our quality in work and will not disturb our company environment due to greedy people. With one year of work we came into TopDesigner’s list ( on number 16th ) in Feb2010 and we will rise to top position very soon.

Those who think at the interview or test level that AniWebDesigns is a small company and they can’t see secure future can apply to job after they will complete training at institute with Rs20 notebook ( fully hand written ). We will be hunting for bright minds who willing to learn and work with us on regular basis, there will be always place for uploading CV on Careers Page .

It is you to decide that after one year you need a name or you need money only. No need to mention that if you will have name money and luxory will come along. If you will be running for money, money will let you run for forever and you will not be able to face yourself or any of my team member.
